About Crossborder Docs

Many small sellers still create commercial invoices and packing lists by copying old files, editing templates, or rebuilding the same document again for each shipment. This tool is built to make that process more structured and easier to repeat.

Crossborder Docs currently supports three document types: Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, and Packing List. The goal is simple: help you create a clean, reviewable document without requiring an account or a complicated setup.

The product is intentionally narrow. It is built for the moment when you already know the shipment details and just need a usable document draft faster than a copied template usually allows. The value is in clarity and repeatable review, not in trying to behave like a full shipping management system.

Right now, the tool covers three document types for common international shipping paperwork. It is not a full shipping platform, customs system, or compliance product — just a faster way to prepare the documents you already know you need.

If a shipment has unusual product rules, country-specific declarations, or a broker workflow that expects extra fields, the document should still be checked against those requirements before use. The tool is meant to reduce avoidable formatting work, not to remove human review from the process.

This tool does not provide legal, customs, tax, or compliance advice. You should review the final document and confirm it matches your shipment before you use it.

Our commitments

• Your data stays in your browser. Shipment details, party names, declared values, and line items are never sent to our servers. The PDF is generated locally and downloads directly to your device.
• No watermark. No usage limits. The PDF downloads exactly as you see it in the preview — clean and ready to use. There are no daily caps, no paid tier required to export, and no branding added to your documents.
• Free for the core workflow. Creating, previewing, and downloading documents will remain free. We may add optional features in the future, but the core generator workflow will not be locked behind a paywall.
